Vinyasa Flow Asana

This dynamic practice links movement with breath, transitioning seamlessly between postures to build internal heat, increase flexibility, and cultivate a meditative state through continuous motion. It is suitable for all levels seeking to energise the spirit.

Beyond just physical exercise, these movements are designed to refine body awareness, release tension, and help us get out of our heads to prepare the body for stillness.

Meditation

Find stillness in a chaotic world. These guided meditation practices focus on mindfulness techniques, breathwork (Pranayama), and internal visualisation to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and foster a deep sense of inner peace and clarity.

Usually practised lying down in Savasana, the mind quiets and moves into deep relaxation. This time is used for self-reflection and finding a calm that stays with you long after you leave the mat.

I have always been happiest when I’m moving and I truly believe that movement is vital for a vibrant, healthy life. Growing up under the Australian sun, I spent my childhood constantly on the go - from playing competitive sports to the discipline of the ballet studio. This deep-rooted passion led me to a degree in Human Movement (Sport Science) from Deakin University, giving me a unique appreciation for how our bodies are designed to thrive.

I discovered yoga as the perfect moving meditation; it became the key to staying flexible, preventing injuries, and finding a sense of calm amidst the action. To me, yoga is a beautiful dance between strength and flexibility, exertion and release. My classes combine functional mobility with a spirited Vinyasa Flow style where you can expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
