I have always been happiest when I’m moving, and I truly believe that movement is vital for a vibrant, healthy life. Growing up under the Australian sun, I spent my childhood constantly on the go – from playing competitive sports to the discipline of the ballet studio. This deep-rooted passion led me to a degree in Human Movement (Sport Science) from Deakin University, giving me a unique appreciation for how our bodies are designed to thrive.
I discovered yoga as the perfect moving meditation; it became the key to staying flexible, preventing injuries, and finding a sense of calm amidst the action.
To me, yoga is a beautiful dance between strength and flexibility, exertion and release. My practice combines functional mobility with a spirited, dynamic Vinyasa Flow style—focusing on mindful movement, deep breath, and sharing the love of the flow with others.
