If you’ve ever felt totally lost by the lingo in a yoga class, you aren’t alone. Walking into a studio for the first time can feel incredibly intimidating – but you absolutely do not need to be “flexible” to join a class.

In a world where we are learning that movement is key to our health and longevity, yoga is a wonderful way to relieve stiffness and improve your overall mobility. It truly can be accessible for everyone.

The Blueprint Poses: Step-by-step alignment for the most common poses so you can practice safely.

Props Made Easy: How to use blocks and straps to make yoga fit your body perfectly.

Decoding the Lingo: Translating confusing terms (like “Take a Vinyasa”) and puzzling pose names (like Savasana, Tadasana, or Chaturanga) into plain, simple English.

Pranayama (The Breath): Traditional yoga breathing techniques, why they are the foundation of the practice, and how they help focus the mind.

Bonus: No need to memorize anything: You’ll get a handy PDF summary emailed to you after the session, so you can just focus on moving and learning in the room.
